Pathways

We are offering three pathways for you to explore: full time residential, full time non-residential, and part time.

Regardless of the path that you choose, the year includes annual staff retreats, attendance of HTB Focus, and dedicated time each week to train, to study, and to learn together. Mondays include weekly theological and formational training sessions with members of our leadership team, monthly sessions with the HTB College, and sessions with guest speakers. The rest of the week is dedicated to the ministry stream that you belong to.

Full Time (Residential).

  • As a full-time residential member of Path, you will work Sunday-Thursday (semi-flexible hours). This will involve being on team at one of our Sunday services, and attending another. You will study and learn with others on Monday, and join with the rest of the staff team for meetings on a Tuesday.

  • There will also be opportunities to get involved at The Mitre, Sanctuary Coffee Stop or other community outreach projects during the week. You’ll spend the rest of your working week in your primary ministry stream.

  • You will be provided with pastoral support, housing with other Path interns, be assigned a line manager and mentor.

  • We will support you in setting up a stewardship fund to help with your living costs & expenses.

  • Opportunity to apply for a second year
