Find who you are & your calling in life.

We are seeking to invest in individuals who either have a sense of call to leadership and working within the context of the church, or who want to set aside a year of their lives to serve and to pursue all that God is calling them into.

Path is a journey of learning, personal development and empowerment. Through a mix of teaching, spiritual formation and practical ministry experience in a specific area of the church, you will explore your God-given potential.

September 2024 — July 2025

Teaching

The year offers you the chance to grow in your leadership, to use your gifts, to explore your calling, and to invest in your relationship with Jesus. There is dedicated time each week to train, to study, and to learn together.

Formation

Each participant will be assigned a ministry placement supervisor (usually the ministry head) who will provide discipleship, leadership, and feedback to help you develop strong ministry skills. You will also meet regularly with a personal formation mentor, who will accompany, support and challenge you as you journey throughout the year. The aim of these sessions will be to help you grow as a disciple of Christ, to develop self-awareness, and to deepen your spirituality.

Streams

You will spend the majority of your week serving within your chosen ministry stream. Each applicant will receive coaching from an experienced leader in their chosen specialism and will be allocated a line manager who they can journey with on a constant basis. See the streams here.
